Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of all RDKREVENUE services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal Content
You may not use our services to store, transmit, or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), copyrighted material without authorization, stolen credit card data, or content that promotes illegal activities.
Network Abuse
You may not use our services to launch DDoS attacks, port scanning, network intrusion, spam, phishing campaigns, or any activity that interferes with other users' services.
Malware & Hacking
Hosting, distributing, or executing malware, ransomware, or hacking tools is strictly prohibited. This includes botnets, cryptomining without authorization, and credential harvesting scripts.
Spam
Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating services that support spam activities is prohibited. All email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL regulations.
Resource Usage
Shared hosting accounts may not use excessive CPU, memory, or disk I/O that adversely affects other customers. We reserve the right to suspend or throttle accounts consuming disproportionate resources.
Reporting Violations
To report an AUP violation, email [email protected] or use our Report Abuse form. We investigate all reports and respond within 24 hours.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
